Położona w pasie Morza Bałtyckiego, pomiędzy Karwią i Ostrowem oraz Władysławowem. Leży na Pobrzeżu Gdańskim, a charakterystycznym dla niej jest wybrzeże klifowe. Lisi Jar to wąwóz znajdujący się we wschodniej części Jastrzębiej Góry i obejmuje tereny Nadmorskiego Parku Krajobrazowego.
