Rzeszów, centrale miasto aglomeracji rzeszowskiej.
Rzeszów znajduje się w województwie podkarpackim. Jest to centralne miasto aglomeracji rzeszowskiej. Rzeszów położony jest na pograniczu dwóch makroregionów: Kotliny Sandomierskiej i Pogórza Środkowobeskidzkiego oraz na pograniczu Pogórza Karpackiego i Kotliny Sandomierskiej nad rzeką Wisłok.
